Indication
Treatment of hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with amlodipine or valsartan alone.
Ingredients
- Amlodipine 10 mg
- Valsartan 160 mg
Direction
Usually one tablet daily, or as directed by a physician. By prescription only.
Side effects
- Possible side effects include dizziness
- headache
- peripheral oedema
- flushing
- fatigue. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if any unusual reaction occurs.
Precautions
- By prescription only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant
- breastfeeding
- have kidney or liver impairment
- severe heart failure
- or are taking other blood
- pressure medications.
