Major risk of bleeding (gums
nose
gastrointestinal
urinary
intracranial). Other: anaemia
nausea
dizziness
headache. Seek immediate medical advice for any unusual bleeding or bruising.

Precautions

By prescription only. Contraindicated in active clinically significant bleeding
severe liver disease with coagulopathy
pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult a doctor if you have kidney impairment or are taking other anticoagulants/antiplatelets/NSAIDs.
