Vicks DayQuil Severe Acetaminophen 650 mg, Dextromethorphan HBr 20 mg, Guaifenesin 400 mg, Phenylephrine HCl 10 mg per 30 mL

Indication

Temporarily relieves common cold/flu symptoms: nasal congestion, sinus congestion and pressure, cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation, cough to help you sleep, throat pain, headache, fever, sore throat, congested chest.

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen
• Dextromethorphan HBr
• Guaifenesin
• Phenylephrine HCl

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 30 mL every 4 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses per 24 hours. See package leaflet for full directions.

Side effects

• May cause drowsiness
• nervousness
• dizziness
• or sleeplessness. Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.

Precautions

• Liver warning: contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if more than 4 doses in 24 hours
• or with other drugs containing acetaminophen. Ask a doctor before use if you have liver disease. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breast
• feeding.
