Indication
Symptomatic relief of acute non-specific diarrhea and chronic diarrhea associated with inflammatory bowel disease.
Ingredients
- Loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg
Direction
Adults: 2 capsules initially, then 1 capsule after each loose stool. Not recommended for children under 6 years.
Side effects
- May cause constipation
- abdominal cramps
- dizziness or drowsiness. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if unusual symptoms occur.
Precautions
- Not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if diarrhea persists more than 48 hours
- is accompanied by high fever
- or contains blood.
