Indication

Hypothyroidism (insufficient thyroid hormone). Replacement therapy for thyroid hormone deficiency of any origin.

Ingredients

• Levothyroxine sodium 100 µg

Direction

Oral route. As prescribed by physician based on patient's TSH levels. Take in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before breakfast.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated at proper dose. Overdose may cause symptoms of hyperthyroidism (palpitations
• sweating
• weight loss
• insomnia). Consult a doctor if unusual symptoms occur.
