Indication

Natural source of omega-3 to support brain, eye and cardiovascular health. Also helps maintain heart health, joint mobility and flexibility, eye health, brain health, immune system function and general health and wellbeing. No odour.

Ingredients

• Natural Fish Oil 1 g (1000 mg) per capsule (containing Omega
• 3 marine triglycerides 300 mg incl. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120 mg)

Direction

As an Omega-3 supplement. Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children 6-12 years: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily (pierce capsule and squeeze contents into milk or juice), or as directed. Children under 6: Only as directed by a healthcare professional. For mild arthritis support, Adults: Take up to 4 capsules 3 times daily with food.
