Indication

Treatment of essential hypertension; also used in the management of stable mild to moderate chronic heart failure in adults aged 70 years and over, as an adjunct to standard therapy.

Ingredients

• Nebivolol Hydrochloride equivalent to Nebivolol 5 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician. Usually taken once daily, with or without food.

Side effects

• Headache
• Dizziness
• Fatigue
• Bradycardia (slow heart rate)
• Cold extremities
• Gastrointestinal disturbances

Precautions

• Use only under medical supervision. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• especially if you have asthma
• severe bradycardia
• heart block
• severe heart failure
• low blood pressure
• peripheral circulatory disorders
• or liver impairment. Do not stop treatment abruptly. Stop use and seek medical help if you develop severe dizziness
• fainting
• a very slow heartbeat
• or an allergic reaction.
