Indication

Triple-combination cream for the treatment of melasma and other forms of hyperpigmentation of the skin.

Ingredients

• Hydroquinone
• Tretinoin
• Mometasone Furoate

Direction

Apply a thin layer to the affected area once daily at bedtime, after cleansing and drying the skin. Use under medical supervision.

Precautions

• Rx — use only under medical supervision. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes
• mouth and mucous membranes. Use sunscreen during the day. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without a doctor's advice. Discontinue if severe irritation occurs.
