Indication
- High cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) - Prevention of cardiovascular disease - Treatment of atherosclerosis - Management of mixed dyslipidemia
Ingredients
- Rosuvastatin Calcium
Direction
Take orally once daily, with or without food, at any time of the day. Regular monitoring of cholesterol levels is recommended.
Side effects
- Headache
- Myalgia (muscle pain)
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea
- Weakness (asthenia)
Precautions
- Not for use during pregnancy
- Avoid in active liver disease
- Risk of muscle pain/rhabdomyolysis
- Limit alcohol consumption during treatment
