Indication

Treatment of hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by losartan alone. Use as directed by the physician.

Ingredients

• Losartan potassium 50 mg
• Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg

• electrolyte disturbance
• increased urination or photosensitivity

Precautions

• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant
• planning pregnancy
• breastfeeding
• or with kidney/liver disease
• severe dehydration
• electrolyte imbalance or known hypersensitivity to losartan
• hydrochlorothiazide or sulphonamide
• derived drugs. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if dizziness
• fainting
• allergic reaction or sudden swelling of the face/tongue/throat occurs.
