Indication

Antibacterial agent used to treat bacterial infections of the eye such as conjunctivitis and other ocular surface infections caused by susceptible organisms.

Ingredients

• Ofloxacin

Direction

Instill 1-2 drops in the affected eye(s) several times daily as directed by a physician. Refer to the package insert for full dosing instructions.

Side effects

• Possible eye irritation
• burning
• stinging or temporary blurred vision. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any reaction occurs.

Precautions

• For external ophthalmic use only. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• and stop and seek medical advice if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
