Tiorfan Enfants 30 mg

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of acute diarrhoea in infants and children (over 3 months), as a complement to oral rehydration and usual support measures.

Ingredients

• Racecadotril

Direction

Children: one sachet per dose, three times a day before main meals. Sachet content to be mixed with food or dissolved in water. Treatment to be continued until two normal stools are observed; treatment should not exceed 7 days.

Side effects

• May rarely cause rash
• urticaria or angioedema. Discontinue and consult a doctor or pharmacist if severe irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• On medical prescription only. Use only after consulting a doctor or pharmacist. Always accompany with adequate oral rehydration. Discontinue and consult a doctor if irritation
