Indication

Mucolytic agent for cough with mucus. Breaks down phlegm, dissolves mucus and relieves cough in respiratory disorders with productive cough.

Ingredients

• Acetylcysteine

Direction

Oral powder. Pour one sachet into a half-glass of water, stir and drink immediately. Adults and children over 7 years: 1 sachet, 2 to 3 times per day. See the package insert for full instructions.

Side effects

• May cause nausea
• vomiting
• diarrhoea
• rare allergic skin reactions or bronchospasm. Discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if severe irritation or allergy occurs.
