Indication
Treatment of bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue caused by susceptible organisms.
Ingredients
- Amoxicillin
Direction
Reconstitute with cool boiled water as directed on the bottle. Children 1-6 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) three times daily every 8 hours. Children 7-12 years: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) three times daily every 8 hours, or as directed by a physician. Shake well before each use. Use reconstituted suspension within 14 days when stored in refrigerator, or 7 days at room temperature.
Side effects
- If skin rash
- swelling
- breathing difficulty
- or any allergic reaction occurs
- stop use and consult a doctor immediately.
Precautions
- Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to penicillin.
- Complete the full course as prescribed even if symptoms improve.
