Allergyl 5 mg / 5 ml

Indication

Symptomatic relief of various allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis (hay fever), conjunctivitis, pruritus, urticaria, sedation, insomnia in adults, motion sickness and other allergic manifestations.

Ingredients

• Promethazine hydrochloride

Direction

Oral route. Children 2-5 years: 5 ml three times daily. Children 5-12 years: 5-10 ml two to three times daily, not exceeding 25 ml per day. Children over 12 years: 10-20 ml four times daily, not exceeding 50 ml per day. Adults: 20 ml four to five times per day.

Side effects

• If skin rash
• severe drowsiness
• or any unusual symptom occurs
• stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.
• Use with caution in patients with respiratory disorders such as asthma.
