Woods' Peppermint Antitussive 7.5 mg / 12.5 mg per 5 ml

Indication

Relief of non-productive cough due to allergy.

Ingredients

• Dextromethorphan hydrobromide
• Diphenhydramine hydrochloride

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) three times a day. Children 6-12 years: 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) three times a day.

Side effects

• May cause drowsiness
• dizziness
• vomiting or constipation
• consult a doctor or pharmacist if persistent.

Precautions

• Not recommended for productive cough or for children under 6 years except by physician advice.
• Contraindicated in pregnancy
• lactation
• glaucoma
• bronchial asthma and respiratory failure
