Indication
- High cholesterol (Hyperlipidemia) - Prevention of cardiovascular disease - Prevention of heart attack - Prevention of stroke - Treatment of atherosclerosis
Ingredients
- Rosuvastatin
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily, with or without food. It is recommended to take the medication at the same time each day.
Side effects
- Muscle pain or weakness
- Headache
- Nausea
- Dizziness
- Abdominal pain
Precautions
- Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Monitor liver function regularly
- Avoid excessive alcohol consumption
- Risk of muscle breakdown (rhabdomyolysis)
- Inform doctor of kidney disease
