Poro 250 mg / 5 ml

Indication

Oral suspension for babies and children to relieve fever and mild to moderate pain. Strawberry flavour.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 250 mg per 5 ml

Direction

1 to 5 years: 2.5 to 5 ml (1/2 to 1 teaspoon). 6 to 12 years: 5 to 10 ml (1 to 2 teaspoons). Doses may be repeated every 4 to 6 hours if needed (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours). Shake well before use.

Side effects

• Side effects are usually mild. Allergic reactions
• including skin rash
• can occur occasionally.
• Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any irritation
• rash
• or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Do not take any other paracetamol
• containing medicine at the same time.
• Consult a doctor if fever persists for more than 3 days or if pain continues for more than 5 days.
• Use with caution in patients with anaemia
• cardiac
• pulmonary
• renal or hepatic disease.
• Hypersensitivity to paracetamol is a contraindication.
