Indication
- Bacterial vaginitis - Fungal vaginitis (Candidiasis) - Mixed vaginal infections - Pre-operative gynecological prophylaxis - Prevention of post-procedure infections
Ingredients
- Neomycin sulfate
- Polymyxin B sulfate
- Nystatin
Direction
Insert one capsule deep into the vagina once daily at bedtime for 12 consecutive days. Wash hands before and after administration.
Side effects
- Local burning or stinging
- Vaginal itching
- Allergic contact dermatitis
- Redness or swelling
Precautions
- May damage latex condoms or diaphragms
- Risk of aminoglycoside allergy
- Do not stop during menstruation
- Avoid use of spermicides
- Limit duration to avoid resistance
