Indication

Antihistamine syrup used to relieve symptoms of allergic conditions such as rhinitis and urticaria; also used as a mild sedative and to relieve nausea.

Ingredients

• Promethazine hydrochloride

Direction

Use as directed by a physician. Adults: 10 ml at bedtime. Children: dose according to age and body weight as advised by a doctor or pharmacist. Shake well before use.

• May cause drowsiness
• dizziness
• dry mouth or blurred vision
• do not drive or operate machinery after taking. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any irritation
• rash or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use in pregnancy
• breastfeeding
• asthma or chronic respiratory disease
• and stop if irritation or allergy develops. Do not give to children under 2 years of age.
