Woods' Peppermint Children's Cough Syrup Guaiphenesin 50 mg / 5 ml

Indication

Children's cough syrup to help relieve cough, loosen and expel phlegm. Alcohol-free formulation for children.

Ingredients

• Guaiphenesin
• Sodium Benzoate

Direction

Children 2-6 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) every 4 hours. Children 6-12 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) every 4 hours, or as directed by the physician.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated
• may cause mild nausea or drowsiness
• consult a doctor or pharmacist if persistent.

Precautions

• Shake well before use.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if cough persists more than 7 days
