Indication

Cold remedy for children. Relieves the symptoms of a cold including fever, headache, sore throat, cough, runny and stuffy nose, and body aches.

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen
• Chlorpheniramine maleate
• Dextromethorphan hydrobromide
• DL
• Methylephedrine hydrochloride

Direction

Store below 30 C. Use as directed by the physician or pharmacist according to age and weight. Shake well before use.

Side effects

• Drowsiness
• dry mouth and nausea may occur. Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation
• allergy or any adverse reaction occurs.

Precautions
