Indication

Emergency contraceptive to help prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex or contraceptive failure. Should be taken as soon as possible, within 72 hours.

Ingredients

• Levonorgestrel

Direction

Take one tablet of OK 72 as soon as possible, within 72 hours after unprotected intercourse. Refer to the package insert for full instructions.

Side effects

• May cause nausea
• abdominal pain
• fatigue
• headache
• dizziness
• breast tenderness and changes in menstrual bleeding. Seek medical advice if vomiting occurs within a few hours of taking the tablet or if any severe reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Emergency contraception is not for regular use and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Seek medical advice if your period is more than a week late.
