Indication

Reduction of urate/uric acid formation in conditions such as gout and uric acid kidney stones.

Ingredients

• Allopurinol 100 mg

As directed by the physician. Oral route. On prescription only (Liste I).

Side effects

• May cause skin rash
• gout flares when starting
• or digestive upset. Stop use and seek medical advice if any rash or severe reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Stop immediately and seek medical help if a skin rash develops
• as serious skin reactions can occur.
• Do not use in pregnant women except in the absence of a therapeutic alternative.
