Indication

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults, as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control.

Ingredients

• Sitagliptin 50 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician. Usually one tablet once daily. Swallow whole.

Side effects

• May cause headache
• upper respiratory infection
• or low blood sugar when combined with other diabetes medicines. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any adverse reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Inform your doctor of kidney problems before use. On medical prescription only. Risk of low blood sugar when combined with other diabetes medicines.
