Indication
Mucolytic used to reduce the viscosity of mucus and aid expectoration in respiratory conditions with thick or excessive mucus, such as bronchitis and other disorders with abnormal secretions.
Ingredients
- Acetylcysteine 200 mg
Direction
Dissolve the contents of one sachet of powder in a glass of water and drink. Follow the dose on the leaflet or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.
Side effects
- May cause gastrointestinal upset such as nausea or stomach discomfort. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop use if any allergic reaction occurs.
Precautions
- Use with caution in patients with a history of peptic ulcer or asthma. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant
- breastfeeding or taking other medicines. Keep out of reach of children.
