Indication
Treatment of hypertension and angina pectoris not adequately controlled on a single agent.
Ingredients
- Amlodipine besilate equivalent to amlodipine 5 mg
- Atenolol 50 mg
Direction
As directed by the physician.
Side effects
- May cause dizziness
- fatigue
- cold extremities
- ankle swelling (oedema)
- headache
- or slow heart rate. Stop use and seek medical advice if any severe or persistent reaction occurs.
Precautions
- Contraindicated in asthma
- severe bradycardia
- heart block
- and cardiogenic shock. Do not stop abruptly. Use with caution in diabetes and impaired liver function. Inform your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
