Indication

Broad-spectrum tetracycline antibiotic used to treat susceptible bacterial infections including respiratory, urinary, ENT and other infections caused by chlamydiae, mycoplasmas and other sensitive organisms.

Ingredients

• Tetracycline 500 mg

Direction

Take orally as directed by a physician, on an empty stomach with water. Avoid taking with milk or antacids. Complete the full prescribed course.

Side effects

• May cause nausea
• vomiting
• diarrhoea
• photosensitivity or
• in children
• permanent tooth discolouration.

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation
• allergy
• or any adverse reaction occurs.
• Do not use in children under 8 years or during pregnancy/breastfeeding due to risk of tooth discolouration. Avoid expired tetracycline.
