Bactrim Sulfamethoxazole 400 mg + Trimethoprim 80 mg per tablet

Indication

Combination antibacterial (co-trimoxazole) for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible organisms, including urinary tract, respiratory and gastrointestinal infections.

Ingredients

• Sulfamethoxazole 400 mg
• Trimethoprim 80 mg

Direction

Oral route. Use as directed by a doctor. The tablet is scored and can be divided. Essentially sodium-free.

Side effects

• May cause nausea
• vomiting
• rash or allergic skin reactions

Precautions

• Do not use during pregnancy. Consult a doctor before use
