Indication
Treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), and conditions involving excess stomach acid such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
Ingredients
- Omeprazole 20 mg
Direction
Usually one capsule (20 mg) once daily before a meal, or as directed by a physician. Swallow whole; do not chew.
Side effects
- Headache
- abdominal pain
- nausea
- diarrhoea
- constipation
- or flatulence may occur. Stop use and seek medical advice if any severe or persistent reaction occurs.
Precautions
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- especially if pregnant
- breastfeeding
- or on long
- term therapy. Stop use and seek medical advice if severe stomach pain or allergic reaction occurs.
