Indication

Comprehensive multivitamin, mineral and calcium supplement to support the maintenance of normal bones during and after menopause; supports heart, hormone, skin and hair health.

Ingredients

• Calcium 700 mg
• Vitamin D (as D3) 10 mcg
• Magnesium 100 mg
• Soya Isoflavone Extract 100 mg
• Vitamin B6 10 mg
• Vitamin B12 9 mcg
• Vitamin C 45 mg
• Biotin 30 mcg (per 2 tablets)

Direction

Two tablets per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
