Indication

- Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia) - Short-term management of hemorrhage - Post-operative bleeding control - Epistaxis (nosebleeds) - Hereditary angioneurotic edema

Ingredients

• Tranexamic Acid

Direction

Take orally with or without food. The usual dosage is 2 to 4 capsules three to four times daily depending on the severity of bleeding.

Side effects

• Nausea and vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Abdominal discomfort
• Dizziness
• Rare visual disturbances

Precautions

• History of thromboembolic disease
• Active blood clots
• Severe renal impairment
• Color vision disorders
• Use caution in elderly patients
