Indication

Ampicillin is a penicillin (beta-lactam) antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, ear, nose and throat, urinary tract, and gastrointestinal tract caused by susceptible organisms.

Ingredients

• Ampicillin 500 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician. Usual adult dose is 250-500 mg every 6 hours, taken on an empty stomach, or as prescribed.

Precautions
