Adipin 10 10 mg

Indication

Adipin 10 contains amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and certain types of chest pain (angina, including Prinzmetal's or variant angina). It works by relaxing blood vessels so the heart does not have to pump as hard.

Ingredients

• Amlodipine 10 mg (as amlodipine besilate)

Direction

Take one tablet once daily, or as directed by the physician. May be taken with or without food.

Side effects

• Swelling of the ankles or feet (peripheral oedema)
• Dizziness
• Headache
• Flushing
• Fatigue
• Palpitations
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• stop if irritation or allergy occurs

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with severe liver impairment
• May cause low blood pressure or dizziness
• especially when standing up
• Use with caution in patients with heart failure or severe aortic stenosis
• Inform your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding before use
