Indication
For the treatment of productive cough, cough and hoarseness, chronic cough, pharyngitis, tracheobronchitis and coryza. Acts as an expectorant to dilute mucus in the respiratory tract.
Ingredients
- Syr. Coleus aromaticus 42.5 g
- Eucalyptol 0.2 g
- Tinct. Pouzolzia zeylanica 2 g
- Ext. Oroxylum indicum 2 g
- Syr. Polygala tenuifolia 10 g
- Syr. Citrus deliciosa 30 g
- Syr. Styrax tonkinense 20 g
- Sodium benzoate 3 g (per 100 mL syrup)
Direction
Children aged 30 months to 6 years: oral dose of 5-10 mL (1-2 teaspoons) 3 times daily. Children over 6 years: oral dose of 15 mL (1 tablespoon) 3 times daily. Or as directed by the physician.
Side effects
- Mild gastrointestinal discomfort or nausea
- Possible allergic reaction to herbal components
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- stop if irritation or allergy occurs
Precautions
- Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug
- Avoid in children under 30 months of age
- Avoid in children with a history of epilepsy or convulsions caused by high fever
