Indication

Relieves symptoms of common cold including nasal discharge/congestion, sneezing, throat pain, cough, sputum, chills, fever, headache, arthralgia and myalgia.

Direction

Take adequate dose at 4-hour intervals, every time after meals and at bedtime as needed. By age: 15 years and over 30 mL; 11-15 years 20 mL; 7-11 years 15 mL; 3-7 years 10 mL; 1-3 years 7.5 mL; 3 months to 1 year 5 mL. Not recommended under 3 months.

Side effects

• Drowsiness or sedation from the antihistamine
• Nausea
• dry mouth or gastrointestinal discomfort
• Dizziness or palpitations from the decongestant component
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• stop if irritation or allergy occurs

Precautions

• Contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to any active ingredient or excipient
• Not for infants under 3 months of age
• Avoid in patients with asthma or other antipyretic
• analgesic sensitivity
• Do not use with MAO inhibitors or within 2 weeks of stopping them
• Do not take other paracetamol
