Poro 250 mg / 5 mL

Indication

For the relief of fever and mild to moderate pain in babies and children.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 250 mg/5 mL

Direction

Children 1 to 5 years: 2.5 to 5 mL (half to one teaspoonful). Children 6 to 12 years: 5 to 10 mL (one to two teaspoonfuls). Doses may be repeated every 4 to 6 hours when necessary, maximum 4 doses in 24 hours. Shake well before use.

Side effects

• Side effects are usually mild
• rare blood (haematological) reactions have been reported
• Skin rashes and other allergic reactions occur occasionally
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• stop if irritation or allergy occurs

Precautions

• This preparation contains paracetamol
• do not take any other paracetamol
• containing medicines at the same time
• If fever persists for more than 3 days or pain for more than 5 days
• consult a physician
• use with caution in patients with anaemia or cardiac
• pulmonary
• renal or hepatic disease
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• stop if irritation or allergy occurs
