Indication

Relief of common cold symptoms including fever, chills, sore throat, cough, sputum, sneezing, rhinorrhea, headache, arthralgia and myalgia in children.

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen 50 mg
• Chlorpheniramine maleate 0.415 mg
• Tipepidine citrate 3.33 mg
• dl
• Methylephedrine HCl 4.165 mg
• Caffeine hydrate 4.165 mg (per 5 mL)

Direction

Administer the following single dose 4 times daily after meals and at bedtime. 3-5 months: 2.5 mL; 6 months-1 year: 3 mL; 1-2 years: 3.5 mL; 3-6 years: 5 mL; 7-10 years: 7.5 mL; 11-14 years: 10 mL.

• Drowsiness or sedation from chlorpheniramine
• Dry mouth
• nausea or loss of appetite
• Restlessness or palpitations from methylephedrine and caffeine

Precautions

• Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to any component
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
