Sit and rest for 5 minutes before measuring. Wrap the cuff snugly around the bare upper arm and press the power button (one-button operation). Keep the arm still during measurement. The cuff fit check and movement indicator help ensure accuracy. The device stores the last reading for 1 user. Operate at 10-40°C.
