Indication
- Bacterial infections - Respiratory tract infections - Acne and skin infections - Urinary tract infections - Malaria prophylaxis - Lyme disease treatment
Ingredients
- Doxycycline
Direction
Take orally with a full glass of water. Usually 100mg once or twice daily. Do not lie down for 30 minutes after administration.
Side effects
- Nausea and vomiting
- Photosensitivity (sunburn risk)
- Diarrhea
- Esophageal irritation
- Discoloration of developing teeth
Precautions
- Avoid prolonged sun exposure
- Not for children under 8
- Avoid use during pregnancy
- Do not take with antacids
- Avoid dairy within 2 hours
