- Iron 7.5 mg
- Zinc 15 mg
- Copper 1000 µg
- Selenium 100 µg
- Grape seed extract 15 mg
- Natural mixed carotenoids 2 mg
- plus other vitamins and minerals (over 20 micronutrients)
Direction
Take one tablet per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
