Magne-B6 Corbiere Magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg / Pyridoxine HCl 5 mg

Indication

Treatment of established magnesium deficiency, alone or associated with other deficiencies. Symptoms suggesting magnesium deficiency may include nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, fatigue, sleep disturbances, muscle cramps and tingling.

Ingredients

• Magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg (equivalent to Mg2+ 48 mg or 3.94 mEq or 1.97 mmol)
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 5 mg

Direction

Adults: 6 to 8 tablets per day in 2 to 3 divided doses. Children over 6 years (over 20 kg): 4 to 6 tablets per day in 2 to 3 divided doses, taken with meals. Use as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Diarrhoea or abdominal pain may occur
• Allergic skin reactions are rare

• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment due to risk of magnesium accumulation
• Concomitant intake with high
