Indication

- Zinc 12 mg
- Copper 2000 mcg
- Folic Acid 500 mcg

- Vitamin B6 5 mg
Direction
One capsule per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Only to be taken on a full stomach.
