Indication
A one-a-day multivitamin and mineral formula with folic acid, specially developed to safeguard dietary requirements from the start of trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and until the end of breast-feeding.

- Folic Acid 400 mcg
- Vitamin D (100 IU) 2.5 mcg
- Vitamin E (Natural Source) 20 mg
- Vitamin C 70 mg
- Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 3 mg
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2 mg
- Niacin 20 mg
- Vitamin B6 10 mg
- Vitamin B12 6 mcg
- Betacarotene (Natural Source) 4.2 mg
- Vitamin K 200 mcg
- Iron 20 mg
- Magnesium 150 mg
- Zinc 15 mg
- Iodine 140 mcg
- Copper 1 mg
Direction
One capsule per day with or immediately after your main meal, with water or a cold drink. Should only be taken on a full stomach. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Side effects
- This product contains iron
- which if taken in excess by very young children may be harmful. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- stop if irritation or allergy occurs.
Precautions
- If you are taking anti
- coagulants (blood thinners)
- do not take these capsules except on the advice of a doctor. Do not use if you are allergic to soya. Pregnacare does not contain vitamin A
- as high levels are not advised in pregnancy. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- stop if irritation or allergy occurs.
