Indication

For the relief of inflammatory and allergic skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, insect bites and mild skin irritation.

Ingredients

• Hydrocortisone (micronised) 1% w/w

Direction

Apply a small quantity to the affected skin 2 to 3 times a day. For external use only.

Side effects

• Local burning
• itching or irritation
• Skin dryness or redness
• Skin thinning with prolonged use
• Folliculitis or acne
• like eruptions
• Changes in skin pigmentation

Precautions

• For external use only
• May mask or enhance incipient infection
• use of occlusive dressings is not recommended
• Avoid long
• term topical use in infants
• during pregnancy and lactation
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• stop if irritation or allergy occurs
