Indication

- Relief of nausea and vomiting - Symptomatic relief of dyspepsia - Bloating and abdominal fullness - Upper abdominal pain or heartburn

Ingredients

• Domperidone

Direction

Take orally 15 to 30 minutes before meals. Usually 1 tablet (10mg) up to three times daily.

Side effects

• Dry mouth
• Headache
• Diarrhea
• Increased prolactin levels
• Cardiac arrhythmias (rare)

Precautions

• Patients with known cardiac conditions
• Risk of QT interval prolongation
• Contraindicated in gastrointestinal hemorrhage
• Caution in moderate/severe liver impairment
• Avoid if pituitary tumor present
