Sit quietly and rest for 5 minutes before measuring. Wrap the cuff around the upper arm at heart level, keep still and press the start button. Read the systolic, diastolic and pulse values on the display; if the AFIB or irregular-heartbeat symbol appears repeatedly, consult a doctor. Use as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
