Indication

Zymaduo 300 UI is intended for infants aged 6 to 18 months to provide appropriate amounts of fluoride and vitamin D to help prevent dental caries and rickets, when not using milk supplemented with vitamin D, or in dark-skinned children using vitamin-D-supplemented milk.

Ingredients

• Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 300 IU per drop
• Sodium fluoride 0.1380 mg per drop (equivalent to fluoride 0.0625 mg)

For oral use. Use as prescribed by a doctor; this medicine should not be taken without medical advice.

Side effects

• Excess fluoride may cause dental fluorosis (tooth mottling)
• Excess vitamin D may cause hypercalcaemia (nausea
• vomiting
