Indication
First aid antiseptic for the treatment and prevention of susceptible microbial infections. It can be used for cuts, burns and abrasions.
Ingredients
- Povidone
- iodine 10% w/v (equivalent to 1% available iodine)
Direction
After cleaning, apply LeoPovidone on the affected area. It is suggested the residue be cleaned before reapplying the antiseptic solution. For external use only.
Side effects
- May cause local skin irritation or redness in sensitive individuals
- Rarely allergic skin reactions
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- stop if irritation or allergy occurs
Precautions
- For external use only
- Do not use on large open wounds or deep puncture wounds without medical advice
- Avoid contact with eyes
- Not for use in patients allergic to iodine
