Indication
A source of vitamins A, B1, B3, B6, C, D and E to help support eyesight, energy metabolism, the nervous system, healthy skin, calcium absorption, and to act as antioxidants to help prevent disease.
Ingredients
- Vitamin A 500 IU
- Vitamin B1 0.2 mg
- Vitamin B3 2.3 mg
- Vitamin B6 1.8 mg
- Vitamin C 90 mg
- Vitamin D 1800 IU
- Vitamin E 2.3 mg
Direction
Pour 1 sachet into a glass and add 200 mL of cold water. Stir well and serve. Add ice if preferred.
